Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and financial data you enter (receipts, bills, inventory, budgets). We also collect standard usage data (page views, feature interactions) to help us improve the product.

How we use your information

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Edentro X service — powering your dashboard, generating insights, sending reminders, and personalising your experience. We do not use your financial data for advertising or profiling.

Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, payments) strictly to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from Settings → Data, or delete your account from Settings → Account. For any other requests, contact support@edentro.com.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Sensitive free-text fields like account numbers receive additional application-level encryption (AES-256-GCM) before being written to the database. For a full breakdown of our encryption, access controls, and retention policies, see our Data Security page. Vulnerabilities can be reported to support@edentro.com.
